Fulcrum Technology Solutions has been awarded a contract by the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) to offer technology to state and local governments through DIR’s Cooperative Contract Program.​

DIR's Cooperative (Co-op) Contracts program is a streamlined cooperative purchasing program for state and local government, public education, and other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Customers can purchase services from Fulcrum Technology Solutions directly through the following contract: DIR-CPO-4895.

Advanced services include deep correlation and investigation, proactive threat hunting, incident response and remediation guidance, root cause analysis, and comprehensive post-incident reporting.

Fulcrum maintains comprehensive SLAs for all managed services under our DIR contract, with detailed metrics and methodologies for service availability, recovery time objectives (RTO), and recovery point objectives (RPO)/data loss tolerance levels.
